Shipping Timetable
Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). To the best of our ability, orders received by 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the next day for delivery.
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak promotional periods. This includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, National Lipstick Day, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day. Please expect a delay of 5-8 business days during these times.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: $10.00 or FREE with orders over $65

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our fulfillers have all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
Estee Lauder Online only delivers online orders to New Zealand addresses.
IMPORT DUTIES
All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Shipping restrictions
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays)
Estee Lauder Online ships all New Zealand orders from Sydney via Seko, NZ Couriers and NZ Post. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney, will result in longer lead times.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, a notice for collection card will be left with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, we will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order once payment has been received.
